Submission Stage and Examination in Public

  • The Joint Merseyside and Halton Waste DPD was submitted to the Secretary of State on February 17th for formal consideration and scrutiny.
     

  • The Submission documents have been made available to view and download via the Waste DPD Document Archive link on the Consultation Portal.
     

  • In addition, the Submission documents were made available in Council Libraries and One-Stop-Shops in hard copy and electronic format in the week commencing  Monday  March  5th 2012.
     

  • Examination hearings, before an independent Planning Inspector will take place commencing June 19th at St.Helens Town Hall. Details of the Programme are available from the Examination Web pages.
